We're expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Event Assistants .

This is an exciting opportunity for people who enjoy working with others, attending events, communicating with the public, and being part of a team .

No previous event experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support.

what you'll do

• Assist with live events, promotional events, and community outreach activities

• Help with event preparation, setup, activities, and breakdown

• Greet and interact with customers and event attendees

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns

• Share information about products, services, programs, and campaigns

• Support fundraising and community outreach initiatives

• Represent clients and organizations in a professional manner

• Help create a positive and engaging event experience

• Work closely with team members to accomplish event and campaign goals

• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development

• Learn and develop skills in event coordination, marketing, communications, and customer engagement
