Position Overview:
The Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter reviews and underwrites Non-QM mortgage loan applications and property appraisals and evaluates the loans to minimize risk or loss within regulatory guidelines.
Ideal candidates for this position will be experienced underwriting Non-QM loans, highly detail-oriented, and familiar with loan program guidelines.
